While we would love for everyone to shop locally every day of the year, we know that sometimes it doesn’t happen. Although – why not? I’ve found throughout Walworth County that I consistently get better customer service in smaller, locally owned stores, and I usually can get in & out quicker than big stores! Pricing is usually the issue for most people, but if you stop to think about the quality of product, it’s worth it. Plus, when you shop local, 45¢ goes back to the community. When you shop a non-local store, 15¢ at most goes back to the community (click here for more on this). Help your community, help yourself – shop local!
