Zoom School is out for the summer! With so many changes in our summer plans, its time to think about keeping your kiddos busy and entertained in the dog days of summer. Never fear – we’ve got your back! We’ve come up with a list of fun-filled family activities for less than $15 a person. Time to build your summer bucket list for maximum fun:
Go On the Delavan Walldog’s Scavenger Hunt: From its prudent beginnings, through Delavan’s Circus age, to modern day, the murals tell our town’s story in a way words cannot. And while you’ve certainly seen them, have you ever taken a closer look? We invite you to take the Walldog Mural Tour and participate in the Walldog Scavenger Hunt. Put your seeking skills to the test and match each clue to the mural numbers on the map and be entered to win an exciting prize or Delavan Walldogs Kids T-Shirt. Download the clues and get to hunting!
Cast A Line at Rushing Waters Fishery: Open year-round, this is a great place for kids to learn how to fish – and it’s educational. Rent a pole and purchase bait on-site. With no entrance fee or fishing license required, this is a great budget-friendly day!
