Free Movies In The Park

Park systems across Walworth County are welcoming kids of all ages (and adults too!) to enjoy the FREE Movies In the Park throughout the season! This weekend, catch a showing of the The Karate Kid at Phoenix Park Bandshell, Friday June 11th. Elkhorn Parks and Recreation will be showing Croods 2: A New Age on the big screen at Harris Park on Friday June 11th as part of the Under The Lights Week Celebration. On Sunday, pack up your beach blankets and head to Fontana Beach for Ratatouille. Movies will begin at dusk and limited concessions will be available. See you at the movies!

Opening Night at CBT Amphitheater: Back in Black

BONUS: Get Outside Walworth County Summer Scavenger Hunt

With the forecast full of sunshine and temps in the mid 80°s, this is a great weekend to get outdoors and soak up the sun. The Friends of Big Foot Beach State ParkHackmatack National Wildlife Refuge, and White River County Park are holding a combined scavenger hunt during the whole month of June. This self-guided event has wonders to find and prizes to award to those who participate. Each park has four activities for you to complete and document. Those who find at least two items at two parks during the month and register their finds will be included in the raffle of prizes.
