Are you a backyard bird watcher? Contribute to global research efforts with Lake Geneva Bird City during The Great Backyard Bird Count! Spend as little as 15 minutes counting birds out your back windows between February 12th and 15th and submit your findings to BirdCount.org. Make your best estimate of how many birds you saw of each species. For example, 5 Northern Cardinals, 3 American Crows. Huge flocks may be a challenge, but your best guess is still valuable. Don’t forget to follow along on the Lake Geneva Bird City Facebook Page for bird themed puzzles and photos to engage our citizen scientists. Happy bird watching!
