Holidays are great for bringing the whole family together, and Easter is no exception. Whether your family has a tradition of going out for Easter Brunch, or you’re considering making it a new tradition for your family, you are certain to find a brunch right here in Walworth County. The Lake Geneva area has bunches of fabulous restaurants that offer Easter meals.

Scrambled eggs, egg bake, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, French toast, fruit salad, prime rib, ham, sausage, bacon, lasagna, chicken ala king, mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, fresh coffee, assorted juice, hot tea, and much, much, more!

Easter Brunch at The Abbey – Fontana – Bring the family to The Abbey Resort for an Easter Sunday Brunch featuring complimentary sparking wine and mimosas, along with an unforgettable array of seasonal favorites, chef specialties, decadent desserts and many other savory selections.

Easter Brunch at Evergreen Country Club – Elkhorn – Served in the Evergreen Room. Omelet station – make it your way. Pasta action station – always a favorite. Chef carved ham, scrambled eggs, cheesy hash brown potatoes, maple syrup sausage links, applewood smoked bacon, pancakes & french toast sticks with extensive toppings, teriyaki chicken breast over rice, mashed potatoes and gravy, assorted salads and fresh fruit tray, sweets table & chocolate fountain. Beverage included (coffee, tea, milk, or juice).

Easter Buffet at the Trout House – Palmyra – Featuring:a Salad Station with mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, sunflower seeds, radishes, croutons, and dressings (ranch, Italian and honey chive vinaigrette). Assorted bread options, smoked fish display, seafood pasta salad, fruit salad with lime cilantro and potato salad. Oysters on the half shell and chilled shrimp, cocktail sauce, and lemons. Scrambled eggs, hot roasted salmon, hometown bacon, hometown maple clove ham, red potato O’brien. Omelet Station with ham, bacon, sausage, smoked trout, cheddar and Swiss cheese, onion, red pepper, tomatoes, mushrooms, and jalapenoes. Carving Station with Dijon mustard crusted pork loin and roasted turkey breast. There will also be assorted homemade desserts and a dessert bar medley.

Easter Brunch at the Baker House – Lake Geneva – Featuring unlimited champagne and mimosas, eggs Benedict made to order, bananas foster, as well as all the traditional breakfast delights. Lunch entrees include home-made crab cakes, carving stations, pasta stations, salads and more. End your meal with one of the many deserts including creme brulee and chocolate mousse.

Easter Brunch at Lake Lawn Resort – Delavan – Included in this brunch is: Cold displays that feature a Southern Wisconsin cheese board, cured meats and sausage display, Crudités of fresh vegetables with sun dried tomato Boursin cheese dip, bacon ranch cheese spread with flat breads and Crostinis
spring fresh fruit and berries. The Seafood Bar will have garlic and white wine marinated green lipped mussels. Spotted Cow beer boiled shrimp, smoked Rainbow Trout, house cured honey brandy Gravlax. Salads will include an Artisan spring salad, shellfish pasta salad with fresh dill , grilled asparagus with roasted garlic vinaigrette and roasted bell peppers, Parmesan red potato salad with fresh basil, fruited cous cous salad with pineapple, mandarin oranges and apricots. The Carvery will feature wild mushroom crusted roast beef, shitake mushroom beef demi glace, rosemary garlic pesto rotisserie leg of lamb, and lamb reduction sauce. Additionally, there will be chef prepared custom country omelets and farm fresh eggs, malted Belgian waffles, pecans, chocolate chips, strawberry sauce, whipped cream and breakfast syrup. Broccoli white cheddar sun dried tomato quiche,  farmstead scrambled eggs, sugar cured bacon and country sausage links, Bavarian dheese blintzes with three berry sauce, honey glazed pit style ham, roasted salmon with cilantro lime Beurre Blanc and golden pineapple salsa, rosemary garlic roasted tri-colored baby potatoes, broccoli chicken stir fry with beech mushrooms and waterchestnuts, vegetarian fried rice with pea shoots, seasonal spring vegetables, Italian cheese and spinach stuffed shells with roasted tomato sauce and a Easter Pastry Table featuring a grand display of tortes, cakes, pastries and confections, plus coffee service. For reservations call 262-725-9155

Easter Brunch at Grand Geneva – Lake Geneva – Hosted in the Geneva ChopHouse or the Grand Ballroom from 10 am-3:00 pm.Brunch will include complimentary champagne. Opportunities are available to upgrade your wine or champagne for an additional fee. Reservations are required. Geneva ChopHouse will accept parties up to seven guests and the Grand Ballroom will accept parties of any size. The Easter Bunny will make an appearance from 10 am-4 pm at Easter Brunch and an egg hunt and will be available for photos after. Don’t forget your Easter baskets for the Easter Egg Hunt for kids 10 and under. The Easter egg hunt will be held at 1pm, meeting at the Pavilion.
