Fish Fry Fridays 2014: March 21

We have another fantastic trio of restaurants for you to try this week!  This week’s featured eateries are spread throughout the county, and each do something a little different to set them apart from the rest.  The Trout House in Palmyra is a new restaurant, located at the Rushing Waters Fisheries.  The Lauderdale Landing is in Elkhorn & features beautiful lake views.  Our last stop is The Waterfront (located in The Abbey Resort) in Fontana, on the shores of Geneva Lake.
Join us every week this Lent as we feature local restaurants in a mini-series on our blog called “Fish Fry Fridays.”  Walworth County is full of great places to eat – some you’ve heard of and some you haven’t!  If you have a place you’d like us to feature, comment below or give us a call at (262) 728-6000.

  1. My wife and I went to Lauderdale Landing tonight for the fish fry………after waiting 10min to be greeted/seated and waiting another 45min for food, we were presented with two pathetic baskets of fish. It was obvious from the other dinners that they were just as disappointed and frustrated with the food/service. Worst Fish Fry by far!!!! DO NOT RECOMEND DINNING AT LAUDERDALE LANDING, WILL NOT BE RETURING!!!!
